By Trouble(Owner), Aug. 10, 2010 I did a little research before I bought the Honda TRX450R as my first ATV and I am EXTREMELY happy with its performance and looks! I've seen different muffler and jetting kits I could get to give it more power but WHY?? This thing already packs a punch! What I would recommend for others purchasing a... ny new ATV is to check it out first BEFORE you hit the dirt with it. Mine had both under and over inflated tires and the suspension had to be adjusted for my body weight and riding style. Hold the heck on.
I would have no problem stepping up to a quarter mile race with a mustang, charger, civic si, not even a camaro.
It is soooooooo fast.
Down my road i could get it over 100 mph in a heartbeat.
im 15 years old and i seriously will kill myself on this thing if i dont be as careful as i can be hah.
unfortunately gonna have to sell it to pay for a car.
overall the thing is just crazy. and its honda so its gonna make it through a nuclear bombing. love the thing to death, haha sucks i have to sell it. I have not once came even close to getting it to as fast as it can go. im sure if i do ill kill myself.
